We will try to keep this as up-to-date as possible.

At Kemach we understand that many of our customers are concerned with making sure they only purchase products that were manufactured after Passover.

("געבאקן נאך פסח").
In the past that meant calling our offices to try and get the information necessary to adhere to this stringency. For the last few years we put this information on this page of our website to be updated as the new information is available. We will attempt to include information of which products are available and the dates and codes that will help you, our loyal customer, know what to buy. 
Please be patient as we will not be projecting when specific products will be produced but rather will inform you what is currently available.

OPEN CODE: An actual "Date"

(e.g. Jan 1 2024) - This can be a date of production, or a "Best By" date, etc.

JULIAN DATE: 3 digits representing the Day of the Year. (e.g. Jan 1 = 001, Feb 1 = 032, Dec 31 = 365)

This year the day after Pesach (April 21) was "111"

CLOSED CODE: Can be anything the manufacturer uses and requires an explanation on how to "read" it.
